Avocado Soap

Avocado Soap is the King in the soap collection. This fresh green and wonderful creamy soap, is made from fresh avocado puree from local farmers in the municipality of Mogán where we live. In Mogán farmers are well known for growing mangos, avocados, oranges, papaya and other fruits and vegetables.
The Avocado Soap is a soap with a lot of creaminess and lot of nutrients for the skin. The recipe is refined and tested so the soap will have the best properties.

The Avocado Soap is enriched with three essential oils, Litsea Cubeba essential oil, Peppermint essential oil and Lavender essential oil and the soap has a wonderful scent of these powerful oils.

Each of the essential oils have benefits for body and mind.

Litsea Cubeba essential oil benefits:
The plant of Litsea Cubeba, also know as May Chang, has been used for hundreds of years in China in medicinal teas. The herb is used in traditional Chinese medicine to help menstrual complaints, digestive discomfort, muscular aches, and motion sickness. It provides good cleansing properties.
It has a very fresh, citrus and fruity scent, and is a very uplifting essential oil. Litsea Cubeba essential oil is know for being anti-inflammatory and can keep insects away. Personally it is my favorite scent of all essential oils I use.

Peppermint essential oil benefits:
Peppermint (Mentha piperita) has a calming effect, and is often used to treat headaches, skin irritation, nausea, diarrhea, menstrual cramps and anxiety associated with depression. Peppermint is anti-bacterial and can help to treat acne and pimples. Not recommended for those with very sensitive skin.

Lavender essential oil benefits:
Lavender oil with a beautiful, floral scent that can relieve stress, anxiety and depression, ease tired muscles and promote peaceful sleep. Skin benefits: Reduces inflammation, anti bacterial, reduce acne.

Other ingredients are Olive oil, coconut oil, Shea butter, Mango butter, avocado oil and castor oil.
